The rooms were clean and spacious, and they had all the necessary amenities. The staff was really friendly and eager to help at any time. The restaurant inside the hotel had the most amazing view of Pompeii and one of the best hamburgers we have tried. In all, it was a great experience and the best of all, totally value for money!
The restaurant is great, quite generous menu and tasty food. The rooms not that great, stained walls, worn furniture and towels, albeit reasonably clean. The view from the restaurant’s terrace and probably some of the rooms (we had one with a side view) is stunning.
Horrible place to have food, the location is the only nice thing about it. I have been there with 2 of my cousins, they will try to put extra stuff on your receipt if you do not check it properly, then when you find out and tell them they will give you a small discount to make it seem as if they have understood the mistake when it’s the opposite, they will try to scam you. The food was also terrible, they have made me pay €68 for a simmental steak which was as hard as rock and tasted like any other supermarket steak, if you was to go to the supermarket and buy a steak for €10 it would be x100 times better than what they will serve you.
Overall I absolutely DO NOT RECCOMEND this place to anyone, stay away from it or go take the risk for yourself

I felt to be in a Family with lots of good service and support.
The place as also a fantastic view and is a very well organize to reach in short time the Amalfi Coast and Naples.

I ate here with my girlfriend. We had a beautiful meal and enjoyed a panoramic view of the sunset. The menu is fantastic and caters for vegetarian, vegan and gluten free. There is a lovely atmosphere. The staff make you feel very relaxed and at home.

We were there on Sunday 9 October hoping to get a coffee and piece of cake only and were greeted and seated by a lovely waitress. She then handed us over to a male waiter who must’ve then noticed that we didn’t want to order a whole meal. We were then ignored for the next 15 minutes while the table next to us got served. When we pressed the button on the table he finally came back together with another waitress and explained to us very rudely that no coffee is being served in the restaurant, only in the next door bar which is only accessible for hotel guests (we weren’t hotel guests though). I didn’t know what we did wrong to deserve to be treated like this. We left disappointed and felt discriminated against.
